Dr. Guyer completed his undergraduate coursework at Purdue University, and then graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Methodist Hospital in internal medicine, Community Hospital in ER, critical care, and anesthesia, and Community East Hospital in family practice. When he was finished, he opened The Guyer Institute. Dr. Guyer is a member of the International College of Integrative Medicine (ICIM), the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and the International Peptide Society (IPS). Dr. Guyer incorporates alternative treatments for patients looking for different approaches than what traditional medicine provides. Some of his specialties include the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, chronic injuries, and bioidentical hormone replacement.
