DAVID RUSSELL, Ph.D. received his Degree in Models Of Consciousness from Denmark, his home country. He has practiced Holistic Medicine for the past 30 years. In 1974, he opened his first clinic in Denmark and in 1996 expanded to Tucson, Arizona and then to Reno, Nevada in 2000.
