Electromedicine (RIFE)
Electromedicine is a general term for any form of “energy medicine” that uses electromagnetic fields, which is based on the belief that all living organisms are controlled by electrodynamic fields. Electromedicine includes the use of stronger, to extremely small, electric direct current (DC), alternating current (AC) and electromagnetic fields, applied to the human body in a variety of ways, for a wide range of therapeutic effects. Among the uses of electrotherapy are the relaxation of muscle spasms, increase of local blood circulation, muscle stimulation and rehabilitation, increasing range of motion, the management of chronic pain, and stimulation of muscles to prevent venous thrombosis.
