First of all. I talked to the mayor. And ask him, I want to meet the most intelligent people in Southern California. So, ladies and gentlemen. How do you do?
I'm not a doctor.
I'm not a homoeopathic. I'm not a chiropractor. But I just came to Washington, D.C.. And believe it or not, I got three degrees. I was in this building. With the FDA, and they gave me the first, second and third degree, so I'm pretty honored. I was not born with designer jeans. One person almost died during a six week Soad Rush to the White Memorial Hospital. By the way, the hospital is still there and I'm still here. And when anybody tell you that life doesn't be, is it 80? They don't know what they're talking about. And having too much fun. I celebrated my 80th birthday on July the 8th. I was born July 8th, 1927. I was thereafter for 10 years. I'm not a rafter now, but I came back from Mexico with one 10th normal heartbeat. And through rob food.
Good living. Positive thinking.
Good water. So no matter what anybody tells you. Let's get it down. Keep it. I. ISIS. Keep it simple. Not stupid, smarty. Because no matter what A.B. tells you. There should never be a substitute for the four important things in life. Then you can take the supplements after. But if you think you're going to take a supplement and you don't have to eat the good food or great the pure water or do the moderate exercise, or even probably more important is the space between your ears, because that's the world you live in and faith can move mountains and positive thinking is crucial to health. My mother, father and sister all died of cancer. My brother died of a heart attack. I'm still here because I thought that the greatest investment in life. Is this temple that God has given me? It has to be respected. So, Charlie, the fox has never eaten at a fast food place. I don't eat fast food. I eat slow foods. I drink plenty of water. And I found that it's better to be above the side than to be below it. I have some exciting news to share with you. I've been with Walk Hanagan Acres of the Age garlic for 28 years. They don't know how to get rid of me, so they keep me there hoping maybe I'll die and that will take care of it. But I got news. I want to be like that Energizer Bunny.
