Well, good morning, everybody. And let's get ready for another fantastic weekend together. For the last 12 years, I've been spending my Labor Day weekend with Frank Cousineau and all the experts that are gathered here. I consider it an absolute honor. And how many do we have in the audience right now that are brand new? This is their first time at the conference. Oh, boy, am I excited for you. OK. In my personal experience, this is a very educational, inspiring, uplifting, and I'm even going to add the word healing weekend. So if that's what if that meets any of your goals, then you're indeed in the right place. So treatable, unbeatable is my approach to cancer. I'm going to tell you a little bit about what cancer can be. How many people are currently battling cancer? All right. Not quite as many. How many of you are professionals helping those that are battling cancer? All right. So this quote that I'm going to open with really speaks to me about how we can view cancer.

I want you to know that I believe that. It takes courage not to be discouraged when you're up against the invader. As I like to call it, cancer. Do you agree with me so far? All right. Well, then let's say it together. Could we? It takes courage not to be discouraged. And that's why for those of you who are new to this event and we're all new to the venue. So thank you, Frank, for finding such an excellent location. You're going to get that encouragement this weekend. So I like speaking at the beginning, even though all the chairs aren't filled, because I like saying here's the map for the weekend. Look for talent and encouragement and look at your own part of the changes that you need to make.
And by the way, that can be for us professionals as well as the patients. OK. We all have to continue to grow.
So I didn't have any idea that I was going to end up in this field. As a matter of
