Thank you.
Thank you so much for staying. I know that, you know, like the last person I did a radio interview the other day and somebody said, how does it feel to be last? And I said, well, somebody's got to be it. And that's me. So you can look at this as being kind of a Reader's Digest version of the entire show, because we're talking about healthy aging and how we can make choices on an everyday level of what we're going to eat and what we're going to do. So as I was said that I am a founder and formulator of S.G. and nutrition. I spend so much of my time in research. That's something I love to do. I also do private consultations and I am a nutritionist, herbalist, cosmetologist and past restaurant tour. I owned restaurants for 15 years. I had talked to a gentleman and he said, Oh, I just learn not to eat at restaurants. And I thought, well, there's some that are good out there. Just kind of check them out. So healthy aging. That's exactly what we're talking about when we're talking about cancer control, society has done so much so. No one is eating a balanced diet. Consuming antioxidants. We've been talking a lot about antioxidants. And I'm going to go over the best ones and the ones that I really want you to take on an everyday basis. And I'm not just talking about supplements. I really like to talk about foods that you can incorporate into your diet. Maintaining a P.H. balance. Everybody's been talking about that. So this is like the Reader's Digest version. Exercising regularly, drinking plenty of water. I always carry a water bottle with me wherever I go. Sometimes mostly, you know, filled with, like a superfood drink or something. Eliminating toxins from the body. Supporting the intestines, maintaining the immune system. Adding a few supplements to your diet, because we all are going to need them. It's not a bad thing. Maintaining a healthy, emotional state, very, very important for healthy aging. So it's a balanced diet. Well, following a basic diet plan, I always say look at 40 percent healthy carbs, 30 percent protein and 30 percent essential fatty acids. This is really a good way to look at it. And what we really want to look at is how do you calculate that in everyday living? The average person eats about 2000 calories or less. So you want to look at 40 percent would be 800 calories of carbohydrates, 600 calories of protein and 600 calories of fat. We're not talking animal fat. We're talking really good fats. Now,
