Thank you very much. I was I was actually reflecting on the figured about 16, 17 years ago. I was here maybe introducing for the first time the benefits of modifieds. It was pectin. And today I can share with you some more information in my background. I'm a physician. I'm a licensed acupuncturist, trained in multiple medicine since being a teenager and do a lot of mind body medicine. And I want to infuse my presentations with these elements. So before going to details, I want to actually talk about what is integrative medicine, because the future of cancer care is really integrated. It's not about becoming very fanatic about doing just conventional medicine or doing just alternative medicine. Well, you really see the results is when you integrate things in integrative medicine is not so simple to understand, actually. What are the principles of integrative medicine? Integrative medicine is a patient driven medicine. It's very important.

Many of you have cancer and you have a regular oncologist go through the experience of being afraid from what John Ecologist will say. How many people here have had this experience? Then colleges will get upset at us, if you think about it for a second. It really doesn't make sense. So one of the first principles of integrative medicine, that it's a patient driven medicine and the clinic set up is specific for this in our clinic. There are no diplomas or no white codes. We don't sit behind a desk. It's Isaac and whoever is the patient. The second part is it's integrative medicine requires no bias, no preconceived ideas or judgment. Staying open minded to conventional methods into alternative methods. So sometimes surgery will be of help and sometimes shamanic healing and prayer will be of help. And the idea, how can we individualize it? How can we put it all together? So we get to a place where we can combine it. And that's where integrative medicine is. Individualized medicine in integrative medicine is not focused on the disease. It's focused on the person as their whole, the physical, the emotional, the psychological, the psychosocial, the psycho spiritual. And when practiced in this way is an art and fine tuned, you can get very powerful results with very delicate and gentle methods.

So the image of integrative medicine is the image of the circle. And the reason is that the circle has no edges is no judgment. Everything is equal in the circle and within this circle. We can learn different methods as practitioners from nutrition to acupuncture to diet to detoxification to homeopathy. Whatever fills up our circle. And if we know only a part of
