My pleasure. Thanks for having me. So everyone's always, like, amazed how did a plastic surgeon go into natural health? Aren't they the antithesis of each other? Absolutely not. And my interest in breast cancer came very early because my mom had been diagnosed with breast cancer. Now, she had stage one disease less than a centimeter. Her lymph nodes were negative and she had she was EPR positive, so she chose to have a mastectomy and, you know, we thought she was going to do fine. But about five years later, she showed up with metastatic disease in her femur and died nine months later. So that really rocked my world. I was working for the American Cancer Society is the time because of my mom. And then also I was doing lots of breast reconstructive surgery and I was noticing that my patients were getting younger and younger and younger. And when I finally started doing women in their 20s, I went, OK. Something is way wrong here. And, you know, there's gotta be something that women can do. Now, this was 20 years ago, so this was way before there was any kind of common knowledge with this. But what I did is I went through the medical research to see if there was anything, because at the time, like I said, we just didn't know. And in medical school and residency, I learned nothing about health, you know, only about suppressing symptoms or cutting things. Sorry. Oh, cutting things out. We're making them more beautiful. But nothing about health. So when I went to the medical research, I this is 20 years ago. I found thousands of studies that showed exactly why we have a breast cancer epidemic and prostate cancer and colon cancer and ill health in general and everything that we're doing to contribute to it and the things that we traditionally don't do in this culture that are highly protective and they are all natural. So food supplements, Erb's lifestyle choices, you know, these are, again, all the things I never learned about. In fact, I was told that they didn't work. I was lied to. So that really pointed me into the area of natural health. And then by serendipity, really, I, I ended up getting introduced to Igher Vaida and and went to a clinic. A Akama clinic was one of the first things that I did. And after 48 hours there, I looked 10 years younger and never felt better in my life. And I thought, oh, my God, these people know something. So I really delved in and became certified in Iveta. So what we're gonna do today is
