BRITT LIND, P.R.I.S.M. Co-Director of People for Reason in Science & Medicine, will open her talk with her experience last year when her husband was diagnosed with cancer. They refused chemo and radiation and instead chose natural, non-toxic therapies. He is now healthier than ever.
Britt will briefly describe the mission of P.R.I.S.M. and how animal experimentation enables the pharmaceutical/petrochemical industry to foist its poisons on an unsuspecting public, while doing everything possible to quash natural therapies and practitioners. She will expose the disease charities and fund raising walks.

Yes, I'm with people for reason and science and medicine, we're a nonprofit, pro health, pro environment and type that the section that's animal experimentation and it doesn't say a whole lot about me in the program or why you should even want to listen to me. But if you go to Britain and dot com, you'll find out that I was an actor for several years, became an activist, and you'll find out why I care so much about everything that's going on right here. And I was not a cancer patient. I have to think. Frank and Lorraine for having this convention every year because of that. We had a table here. We've had a table for several years. So we've been able to listen to a lot of people talk about natural healing, which came in very handy when my husband came down with cancer three years ago.
And so we knew. Do not use toxic therapies. So he detoxed with detox, tea, carrot juice, wheat grass, healthy shakes, and then he became vegan. So, so far, so good. And there's no guarantee that we're all going to stay disease free no matter what we do, because of all the toxins that we have to deal with everyday and voluntarily. But at least if we live a healthy lifestyle and eat organic plant based food, there's a good chance we're going to live a long and healthy life. PRISM focuses a lot on disease organization fraud, and we're talking about the Cancer Society. Susan Komen, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, juvenile diabetes, all of them. They're all in business with the petrochemical pharmaceutical industry. They're in business with Monsanto and AstraZeneca and Dupont. So on one hand, they say, well, we want to find a cure for cancer. On the other hand, we're in business with all these cancer causers. So it doesn't make any sense. The Cancer Society, they've been in business for at least 80 years and they have gone through billions and billions of dollars in taxpayer grants from the NIH to public donations, grants from rich people. Whereas all that money gone, the money has gone to huge salaries, huge pensions, marketing to keep us giving, giving them money and also to biomedical research. And they know that this is a fraud. They know it's not science. They know it doesn't work. They know it's not going to bring cures. But that's good for them because that means that they can just keep saying they haven't found a cure. And there are no cures, which we all know is a lie. And they can just keep that money flowing in from now until doomsday. One of
