About Michael Grossman
MICHAEL GROSSMAN, M.D. received his M.D. Degree in 1974 from New York University School of Medicine and went into Private Practice as a Family Physician in New York City.
In 1978, he came to Southern California and became a Board Certified Family Physician at his Grossman Wellness and Longevity Center located in Lake Forest. The Clinic specializes in Family Practice, Anti-Aging and Preventive Medicine.
In 2002, he started a second Clinic called the Pacific Laser Cosmetic and Skin Rejuvenation Center of Lake Forest. This Clinic offers advanced breakthrough technology to treat acne, unsightly veins, aging skin, wrinkles, rosacea, sun damage and precancerous skin lesions.
One of his most popular Therapies is Photodynamic Therapy using Levulan and Blue Light. This is a dramatic breakthrough in the treatment and prevention of skin cancer. The elimination and death of precancerous cells (keratosis) is now possible in large areas of the skin and when combined with laser light or intense pulsed light the rejuvenating effects are amazing.
Phototherapy is a revolutionary treatment widely used in Europe, but only approved in the US since 1999.
For the last three years, Dr. Grossman has been an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California at Irvine School of Medicine teaching āAlternative Medicineā to medical students. He is also the co-author with Jodi Jones of a book called The Vitality Connection-10 Practical Ways to Optimize Your Health and Reverse the Aging Process.
