About Geronimo Rubio Sr.
GERONIMO RUBIO, SR., M.D. has been the Medical Director of his own hospital for over three decades. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Autonoma de Baja California Medical School in Mexico. His research at Rubio Cancer Center specializes in immunology, customized cancer vaccines and adult stem cells for regenerative medicine for the treatment of cancer and chronic diseases. So is everybody ready to learn some more this afternoon about reversing cancer successfully?
Yay! Then we're in the right room. As Frank mentioned, in order to get the job as patient advocate at Rubio Cancer Center first. I had to get cancer. It's a strange requirement for a job. But, you know, sometimes we do it. We have to do. Dr. Rubio, who I'm so honored and privileged to introduce to you, has he's one of those people that wants to see if he can solve the problem a little bit differently than most people are attacking it. And so with that curious kind of a mind he went after using to see if he could impart information to the immune system to reverse cancer. And he succeeded. He's going to discuss his protocols and immunotherapy in his lecture today. But before we go there, I just want to show you that as medical director of his own hospital for over 25 years, I'm supposed to say twenty seven, right? Yes. Twenty seven. OK. That we have been progressively Dr. Rubio has been improving the facilities and modernizing all of our hospitals to the extent that in the last two years everything has been upgraded and updated, which we're very proud of. As a matter of fact, we just finished another wing to the front of the hospital. So we've added on another patient suite and lobby area. I just wanted to give you a feel for our staff, which has been growing, because as we're updating our brochure, which we're happy to hand out to you at the end of the talk, you'll see that the staff has essentially doubled in size, and that's because of the patient demand. So we have over 34 people on staff and we have 10 inpatient suites if they are all filled. We can still take patients in and have them at a hotel and have their services at the facility because we have several community areas for them to receive treatment successfully.
So, again, I just wanted to let you know where we are, of course, in Tijuana, and that we are ever progressing proud of Dr. Geronimo Rubio's work and even prouder that director Geronimo Rubio Junior has been the assistant medical director now for over five years.
