And my cancer. Wonderful cancer journey started in 2001 when I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. At that time, I had already been fighting a chronic neurological disorder for 10 years called chronic inflammatory demyelinating poly neuropathy. I had been on a couch for several years. I was fatigued. My mind didn't work. My gate was off. I had been in 12 different hospitals in three different countries, 10 different rehabilitation centers. And once I got the cancer diagnosis, I knew that I didn't want to be on Demerol anymore. I didn't want to be on morphine anymore. And I started doing some research. I found Dr. Ralph Moss.
