Good afternoon. Hi, everyone.
I hope everyone's enjoying the clinic. I mean, the symposium here as much as I am today and I'd like to introduce myself, my name is Bernadette to my friends and family. I'm known as Bunny. And my cancer. Wonderful cancer journey started in 2001 when I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma. At that time, I had already been fighting a chronic neurological disorder for 10 years called chronic inflammatory demyelinating poly neuropathy. I had been on a couch for several years. I was fatigued. My mind didn't work. My gate was off. I had been in 12 different hospitals in three different countries, 10 different rehabilitation centers. And once I got the cancer diagnosis, I knew that I didn't want to be on Demerol anymore. I didn't want to be on morphine anymore. And I started doing some research. I found Dr. Ralph Moss. He did the most reports and the most reports that year. Ranked Doctor Ferry Ackbar pours Orange County Immune Institute as the number one. Clinic. Yes.
And I immediately called her.
I was told, send your records. I sent my records. I did a phone consultation. And within a month I was in treatment at the clinic. At the clinic. I learned everything from this woman. She completely changed my life. I learned intravenous vitamin C. I learned hypothermia. I learned nutrition. The most important component for me was sugar and cancer connection. I was a vegetarian. I was a bad vegetarian. So I ate everything with sugar in it and didn't know how to take care of myself. When she spoke to me and empowered me to become proactive in my health, I got it and did her protocol 100 percent. I cannot stress enough how many people I've talked to now through the years who do half of the regimen or do 90 percent of it. You have to follow what this woman gives you 100 percent. And if you do like me in a year and a half, you will be cancer free.
So that was over 10 years ago now. And I.
As I said, she changed my life. So what I did was I decided to join all of you who are doing the integrative oncology stuff. And I went back to university, got my studied for my premed. I called I sent in my rep. My my stuff for medical school. And I was accepted. I just finished my second year. I will do my third and fourth year now in Chicago, Illinois, as soon as I leave here. And I hope one day to work with this amazing woman at the Orange County Immune
