We have a very exciting one with Patrick Cuillin. Before we break for lunch. So we're I think we're we're running a little bit behind, but we're going to at least see that you get the full value of all the all the speakers today.
Also, kind of on a on a sad note. Norman Fritz, who's the president of the Cancer Control Society, is under the weather at his home in San Diego. I was not able to come, probably won't be up here this weekend.
And it certainly is a we miss Norman when when he's not here. And wish him a speedy, speedy recovery.
Ladies and gentlemen. Certainly it's a pleasure and honor for me to be here not only as your master ceremonies, but to to give the next talk, which is going to be a third opinion directory of resources. The one that really should be here is John Fink, who's the author of the book Third Opinion.
And in just a moment, we're going to explain how this this came about. But this is a very important book because it is a resource and hope that you'll all get a copy while we're here.

For me, it was my mother who died at age 62. And both of these deaths occurred much too soon. And to someone much too young. In both instances, and I'm sure if we asked everyone in this room, we'd hear a similar account. When my mother came down with cancer for the fourth time in 1973, there was no third opinion there was to guide us to efficacious alternative therapies. And of course, John Fink's daughter was. Scuse me. And of course, when John thinks daughter was diagnosed with cancer at age two and a half. There was no third opinion. There was no resource available for us to search out effective therapies. Third opinion as a directory. As a resource was birthed through the suffering and death of a four year old angel, it represents the search for hope. When conventional medicine gives us despair. My mother first began her hour, began her final battle with cancer in 1973, the same year that the Cancer Control Society was founded.
Ultimately, she lost the fight, but not without some significant victories along the way.
First, we
