About Thomas Levy
THOMAS LEVY, M.D., J.D. received his Medical Degree from Tulane Medical School, New Orleans, Louisiana in 1978. He later became board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Cardiology. For 3 years following his training he served as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tulane Medical School. In 1988, Dr. Levy received his Law Degree from the University of Denver in Colorado.
Dr. Levy practiced Cardiology for 15 years before beginning his exploration of the many facets of medicine beyond its traditional framework. He worked closely with Hal Huggins, D.D.S. for 6 years with a large number of patients who had toxic dental materials and dental infections removed from their mouths, observing many clinical responses that appeared to defy the teachings of mainstream medicine.

Hello, I'm very happy to be here again. I was here a few years back at Lorraine's invitation, and it's always an honor and a pleasure to address this group and express some of the concepts and research that's been going on since then.
Some of you know that I've written a couple of books on vitamin C. Others, of course, know nothing about me. Well, let me just say that my work over the last some 10 to 12 years. Has focused fairly exclusively on the wide range of beneficial effects of vitamin C. And really all disease. But it's been a lot easier for the sake of research to focus on heart. Infectious disease and ultimately cancer.
Now.
There were a few concepts expressed by the speaker before this that I'm in complete agreement with. But I would make a bit of a further elaboration on the concept of antioxidants, pro oxidants and disease.
And the concepts you see on this slide were actually first espoused by.
Dr. Albert St. Jorgy, the Nobel Prize winner who discovered vitamin C.
Electron Depletion
And in a nutshell, the. Integrity of health in the body.
Is related to and directly relies upon electron flow. Hi, Flo. Hi, electron flow is virtually equivalent to health, low electron flow.
A wide range of different diseases, depending on what tissue or cell cellular side is being affected the most. And ultimately, when you're not having electron flow anymore, you're dead.
To extend this concept a little further. And.
I really stumbled across this in the years of research and going through the literature on my first vitamin C book.
But I started the research because. I already knew clinically. That vitamin C did a wide range of diverse things, that just makes sense to me because I always said, how can one molecule have such a beneficial effect on a wide variety of completely chemically different toxins?
Infectious diseases. How can this be passed? And in the course of my research.
The thing that kept recurring over and over until it finally just started hammering me between the eyes.
Is that. As incredibly simplistic as it may sound.
All toxicity.
All disease, chronic degenerative disease. All infectious diseases.
Ultimately induce their negative effects. Their symptomatology.
Their ultimate degrading effects in the tissues through pro Occident mechanisms. In other words, it doesn't matter if you're being poisoned with mercury, poison with pesticides. If you have a class tritium infection and you're getting the toxins and infectious process there, ultimately the negative effects in the tissues and the symptomatology. Is mediated by pro oxidation, which means. Electron robbery, the taking of electrons out of your tissues.
