About Arnold Bresky

ARNOLD BRESKY, M.D. graduated from Brooklyn College (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and received his M.D. Degree from Albert Einstein Medical School in New York.

He did his Internship at UCLA and his OB/GYN Residency at Kaiser Foundation Hospital in California.

For 30 years, Dr. Bresky practiced as a Board Certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist. He delivered approximately 10,000 babies in his career. He considers himself a “quality of life” healer. He facilitated the husband-coached Natural Childbirth Movement, freestanding Alternative Birth Centers, the Hospital Hospice Movement and the Wellness Movement. In 1982, he helped run California’s Wellness Week for Governor Brown.

Eventually he turned his professional attention to the other end of life’s journey. Alzheimer’s Disease claims a new victim every two minutes and kills another American every six minutes. For the past eight years, Dr. Bresky has done research on the two biomarkers of aging which are the brain and the immune system.

Using the holistic approach and incorporating and applying primary evidence-based research done by others, he created a useful and important 9-step “memory recovery protocol” program. It is designed both to preserve memory and keep the brain efficient as it learns new material as we age. He also believes in proper physical exercise, mental exercise, proper nutrition, supplements and stress management. He advocates prevention through delay.

Twenty percent of dementia cases are reversible! Patients who can benefit from his program include: Alzheimer’s patients, stroke survivors, Parkinson’s patients, brain trauma patients, sleep apnea patients, Multiple Sclerosis patients, open-heart surgery patients and patients who have had either chemo or radiation therapy.

Dr. Bresky is Medical Director of Camarillo Springs Holistic Medical Center in California and has a private practice that is called “Dr. Bresky’s Brain Tune-Up.” He may be contacted by phone 805-987-1800, website www.smilesbraintuneup.com and email [email protected].

OK. Can anybody hear me?

I want to thank all of you from coming on behalf of Keala 870 a.m. We have a show on there every Saturday from one to two called Healthy Advice with Dr. Jean.

And we talk about many of the subject matters that you're going to hear about today, and especially the one that is going to be presented. And Dr. Arnold Brisky, today, I normally don't like to go through any political maneuvers or anything before I give a speech here, but I know that all of our hearts are certainly with those individuals down south.

I have never seen a tragedy, a catastrophic tragedy that has ever hit this nation as strongly as the one that took place five days ago or six days ago. And I know we're on a road to recovery because now we have all of the dominoes in effect and hopefully, hopefully this will never happen again. But if we ever learned anything is not to build on something that's six feet below sea level. I guess that's a big, big, big, big problem.

And I know that our hearts are very warm and that the American Red Cross is very anxious to go ahead and get donations along with Jerry Lewis telethon.

I think he's going to devote the last hour or so of his telethon for moneys that are going to go for rebuilding the south. It's amazing what we are all going through here. If it has any meaning whatsoever, it's got to be feelings brought back, a family unit brought back and definite feelings rather than material things. And I think if we learn a lesson from that, we will have gathered a great deal. I'm very pleased to introduce our next guest. His name is Dr. Arnold broski, and he has quite a varied background. He was an OPG Why when he brought life into this earth that we know of today. And he realized many years afterwards how wonderful it would be to get that same quality of life that you bring into this planet. For us people that are 65 and over to at least go ahead and experience a good quality of life, not just living out our last year's. And he put the two together and he's done it in such a way that he has taken mild cognitive interventions. He's taken the ability to go ahead and slow down the process of dementia, hardening of the arteries, Alzheimer's disease. You know, we're all in fear of losing our mind. God has been very good to us. However, he doesn't let us know it. Only the people around.
