This was talking on a. Ladies and gentlemen, here is your anti-aging medical doctor, my grandfather. Or as you know him, Dr. Arlo Fox. And listen to him because, you know, he's always right.

Not always, but try anyway. Thank you, Heather. First of all, let me just point out we're here to learn to wake up to a story years ago, Saturday night, 11:30 at night. I got a call at home Saturday night.

A call at 11:30 at night for a doctor is never good news.

They never call you to tell you good news. It was bad news. We have a woman who's in coma five days. We're taking her for surgery tomorrow morning. Some sort of brain surgery. Would you please come out here and evaluate her for surgery? Londoners added, I've called seven other internists, cardiologists and nobody wants to come. Please come. Well, I don't want to be number eight. I wanted to be number one. I said, okay. I drove out there, walked into the patient's room. The nurse was way behind me. I saw a lady lying in bed with tubes in every part of her body should be unconscious.

Me? I figured, what thing? Nobody's around. I put my foot down to her. Right. Here, I'll wake up.

And she jumped up. And the nurses ran into the room and yelled. It's a miracle. It's a miracle. He brought her back from the dead. Well, I said, no, I just yelled the door here, but they didn't hear that part. Anyway, I rose from being number eight to number one. The nurses said to the doctors, call Dr. Fox, whatever. You have a difficult case. He brings it back from the dead. Well, I'm here to tell you. Wake up.

You're alive. You've heard. You've heard some great speakers. You'll hear a lot more.

I'm here to tell you about anti-aging, but really, anti-aging is really very, very simple. There's only five parts to it. And every good doctor should be doing anti-aging. It's what we eat. It's the exercise we do. It's the positivity that we have. It's the hormones that we may or may not need. And it the accident. So let's go ahead and start with a little bit, Fritzy. Push the button. And what happens?

Over. Well, we're over here. OK.

So you're on the rocks. Lies. Go to hell. This is always a nightmare. That's it. That's a very good anti-aging, the science and application.

That is just to point out to you. I'll just tell you what it's all about. It's hard to say. Turns out that about 2000 years ago, we were living an
