I'm very happy to be here. I don't have any books that are down the books that I can talk about, what I do have is a brochure about my stop it breast health program. And it won't be on a literature table that Frank will directors to afterwards. Along with that will be something that looks like this. That has some core supplements that I use to start people on from the get go. But has the previous speakers have spoken? We do personalize the programs. So this is this is just basic a basic overview.

So I have lots of slides, but I want to get the big picture first. OK. And then we can fly through the slides with context.

As you can hear from my accent, I'm originally from the U.K., I trained. There's a natural pattern osteopath. My heart was a natural medicine. So that's what I did when I came to the US. I end up doing chiropractic, which is kind of equivalent to what I've done in England. And then I went on to become a medical doctor. So the cells are surrounded by an internal environment. That internal environment is gathered by the external environment. So in order to get well, you've got to address that internal environment and you have to address the external environment. And as Dr. Kennealy mentioned, it has to be a whole thing.

It's had to be the big picture. So it can't be that you're saying, well, what's the best segment for me to take? But you're not sleeping or you're angry with somebody. You say it doesn't work that way. So everything works together. In a cohesive way, you've probably heard the term epigenetics, how many people have heard the term epigenetics? Yes. So most their hands are going up. What epigenetics is, is the way
