Hi there. Oh, we've got so much for doing, got 30 minutes. Kind of feel like a mosquito in a nudist colony. You know what? You know. You know what? You don't know where to start. So much to do. First, I want to say that the information I'm going to give you in the next little while can be found in my book. So if you want more detail, please come see me. You can get the book. I'm really concerned about giving you a good overview and being real practical.

I've heard some great speakers and talk about a lot of nutritional supplements and procedures and protocols. I want to give you some real practical information about something you do seven times a week. Seven, three times a day. 21 times a week. Thousand eight times a month. And that's eating every single day. So but before I start, I want to tell you a story of how I got involved with all this briefly. I. My mother died at the age of thirty five years old from breast cancer. I was 13. That was 37 years ago. And my father died at 51. And 50 percent of people my family died from different kinds of cancers before the age of 50. So I grew up seeing a lot of cancers and going to a lot of hospitals. And my concern naturally as an adolescent, I was an actor in Hollywood at the time was that I would probably get sick myself. And out of that fear, I got involved into studying nutrition.

And I studied in the early 70s with number of Chinese organizations, Chinese medicine, when it was in its infancy in terms of being taught in this country. There was no formal credentials given. I spent four years teaching and then I studied a number of cultural medicines and I began as a nutritional consultant in 1980. In the late 80s, we opened up a clinic in Beverly Hills called Summa Medical Group.

And what was interesting about that for me was I got to confirm a lot of what I learned by looking at people that we saw constantly and a lot of conditions. We actually saw reverse people with hypertensive medications. They threw away their medications within three to four months, which wasn't really a big deal because Pretty Kanner already been doing it for about five to 10 years. But nevertheless, people were making great strides. And I began to realize that my my microscopic area of nutrition left a lot to be desired. There are a lot of other factors involved. And so I want to tell you a quick story
