About John Heinerman

JOHN HEINERMAN, Ph.D., a Medical Anthropologist, has been the Director of the Anthropological Research Center in Salt Lake City, Utah for 20 years. He is the author of 55 books on health and healing. Ladies and gentlemen, it is a pleasure to be here at Sheridan Universal in Hollywood, California, at the thirty fifth annual symposium on cancer sponsored by the Cancer Control Society.

Lorraine Rosenthal has been the guiding light behind this for many years. And I think we should give her a round of applause for all of her hard work and efforts. If there is anyone here from the FDA or FTC, please know that I will be prescribing and diagnosing the last name is spelled Hindman HPI, an E. r. m.. And in case you need to go and take notes and everything and that if you wish to take pictures, my right profile is a little better than my left profile. And if you want to go and serve me a summons, I'm out around the corner to the west where I'll be selling products and books and discussing freely things having to do with cancer. So we invite government agents and people of that ilk to please that.

I shouldn't say that I meant Sylt of that silk to go and come around and visit us anyway. A little humor always helps, doesn't it?

You are the people who make this possible. You come a long distance. You travel a long ways. You pay a goodly thing at the door to come in. You come here for information. You don't come here to go and hear about how great a speaker may be or not so great or all of his or her accomplishments or where they've traveled or what they've done or what they've sold or whatever that I have entitled My Talk Functional Foods for Cancer.

I run a medical research center in Salt Lake City, Utah. I've been director of it for over 35 years. I have 66 books, to my credit. Seventeen foreign languages. Twenty nine million copies all over the planet. In looking at cancer, I've come to find several things.

First and foremost.

The majority of people who suffer from cancer tend to have hurried lives. They tend to be overcrowded in their schedules. They have never stopped to smell the roses. They have never stopped to watch a ladybug crawl around. They're too hurried in their lives, even if they're all organic and they're vegan and vegetarian or whatever.
