About Donald Jolly-Gabriel
DONALD JOLLY-GABRIEL, Ph.D., H.B.O.T. received his Degree from California Christian University, Los Angeles, California. He later studied under David Hughes, Sc.D. at the Hyperbaric Institute in London and Scotland and was mentored by Richard Neubauer M.D., Founder of the Ocean Hyperbaric Institute in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Dr. Jolly is Chairman of the Richard Neubauer Research Center and President of the Holy Family Institute. He holds Degrees in Psychology, Sacred Theology, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration and is certified in Hyperbaric Oxygen Medicine from Southern California School of International Studies.
In 1998, Dr. Jolly became the Director of Patient Education and Director of Hyperbaric Medicine at the Whitaker Wellness Institute. He established one of the largest Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Centers during his tenure.
Dr. Jolly is currently serving as Director of Hyperbaric Medicine at the South Coast Medical Center for New Medicine in Irvine, California. He is actively involved in researching and pursuing new therapeutic treatments for Cancer, Brain Injuries and other issues that Oxygen Therapy can be an intentional part of treatment.

I think I'm going to start out with this one. First of all, I want to honor you all for being here. I want to honor you because you really are important. You are cells in this incredible movement to educate the public. I don't know if all of you have a real consciousness of how difficult it is to penetrate the establishment, but it is incredibly difficult.
We have a very, very negative establishment in terms of open mindedness. And I want to honor you for being courageous enough and willing to give your time and energy to be here to support the movement of this incredible organization and also to help educate people. And there are wonderful ways to educate people, sharing information with them. And sometimes it's cumulative. It takes a while. So we don't want to become corner evangelists and drive people crazy. But what we want to do is truly educate them in a quality manner. I'm here today to talk about hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and I love hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I am an evangelist for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. I've been working with it for a long, long time. In 1980, I worked with Mother Teresa in India and we treated lepers. And in 30 days, we were able to resolve the disease using hyperbaric says, an adjunctive therapy, 30 days. The bacterium was not present in the bodies of the people we treated. And that changed?
Absolutely. Praise God.
It totally changed my life. I was the president and chairman of the board of a bank, and I was running a big financial institution. And I went over there at the request of a friend I have in the Vatican to help her. And when I saw what was happening, I was just amazed. And so I've been doing it off and on and most mostly on for the last 15 years, full time, trying to develop and do research and things like that. So I want to share with you today a little bit about hyperbaric oxygen so you will be aware what is HBO t?
HBO t stands for hyperbaric therapy. For years we used HBO, BAEO, Hyperbaric Oxygen and then doctors were writing prescriptions for HBO and some patients didn't know what it was. They walked out of the office. They went to pharmacies and they had no clue what they were supposed to watch television on HBO or what they were supposed to do. So at a meeting about five years ago, we determined we need to change the designation to H bought for hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is applying oxygen under pressure, under pressure. You know, there's
