I wanted to thank Cancer Control Society. They invited me for this talk. And also I wanted to thank all of the audiences today that they have taken their beautiful labor, their weekend off to be here. Previous invitation I had with Cancer Control Society. I decided to talk about cancer and immune system because my clinic is called Orange County Mune Institute. And as the name implies, we are more focused in boosting the immune system because I do believe that boosting the immune system and helping are innate immune system is going to help you to be healthier. And if you came down with cancer, you are going to have a better opportunity to fight cancer. This year I thought I better choose the name that is going to match the Cancer Control Society. So I thought I better talk about something which could control a lot of diseases, a lot of chronic illnesses like diabetes and hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and especially the relationship of the subject with the cancer. Because this subject that I have chosen to insulin resistance kind of a new subject, but it is not really new. It's an old disease that we physicians have not paid too much attention to it. And probably it has been our shortcoming. They have an educated our patients of our friends and families about it and how important it is to know about it.

If we look at the poster up there, I have chosen the ladies.

The latest information from CDC and we want to show the incidence and prevalence of cancer among men.

It's among men and woman. At the first one is lung and bronchus. And then prostate for men. And the third one is female breast. That is the prevalence per 100000. The next one shows the death rate among all these top 10 cancers, and the first one is longan bronchus for both men and women. And prostate is the second killer among the cancers for men. And obviously, breast is the third one, which is for women. And this is a post there I wanted to show you, because there are too many things in this war that we probably don't know about it. And if you look at that awardees, it says breast cancer has killed more American woman since 1980 than the number of Americans killed in Ward one and two and Korean and Vietnam wars combined. So cancer is a real killer. What has happened? Have we changed, our physiology has changed. One hundred years ago that the rate of cancer was only three out of 100. And now, according to American Cancer Society, they are saying that
