PETER GOODGOLD, B.A., WATER CONSULTANT has a B.A. Degree in filmmaking from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and the University of Southern California (USC). Thank you. Welcome, everybody, to the cancer prevention with hydrogen enriched alkaline water. Now everybody talks about water. Everybody knows that water is important. How important is water?
Well, our planet is 70 percent water. Our brain is 80 percent boned. 13 percent muscle, 75 percent. It's essential to life. Humans are 90 percent water at birth. 70 percent water now and 50 percent when. We pass on hydrate with good water. Live a healthy life without disease. So if water being so important and that must mean the quality of the water you drink is of supreme importance. And I always ask people very important questions like what type of water drink? How much water do you drink? What type of hydration is healthy? And I get answers from. I drink a bottle a day. I drink three, six glasses a day. Eight glasses a day. But we're going to get into that in a moment.
Dehydration. Are you tired? Depressed? Are you consuming a lot of acidic foods? Are you always thirsty? I've always noticed that when you drink from bottled water, you never get quenched from your thirst. Why is this?
Most probably because bottled is put through a process of reverse osmosis. There are no minerals and bottled water. There's no oxygen in it either.
So let's try not to choose the wrong water. Reverse osmosis and distilled water are extremely popular. Forty five years ago, I thought reverse osmosis and distilled water was the best.
But the easiest thing to tell people is put a fish in the water. It dies. Put a fish in alkaline ionized water. That fish lives a healthy life. So the bottled water industry. Good or bad?

Thank you. It's to the tune of eight billion dollars per month. Bottled waters. And they're not going to give this up. I just read recently they're putting a drying agent into Sanni Water to sarnies made by Coca-Cola. They're putting sodium in the water and a drying agent. So when you drink it, you're not hydrated. Your mouth is dry. You want another bottle and another bottle. Plastic bottled water is extremely acidic. How acidic is it? Somewhere between four and five and a half, P.H.. Your tap water is neutral. Somewhere between seven and seven and a half. So why is bottled water made with reverse osmosis acidic? Well, when they take all the minerals out of water, water has a memory and it's not used to being extremely pure. So it leaches carbon dioxide out of the atmosphere. And that brings the P.H. down.
