Dr. Darrow emphasizes Prolotherapy at his Center and also teaches Prolotherapy at UCLA. Prolotherapy is a safe, highly effective yet relatively unknown Therapy used to heal chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries by stimulating the growth of new collagen and cartilage tissue that rejuvenates the damaged ligaments, tendons, muscle fascia and joint capsules responsible for most chronic pain. With an injection of natural substances into precisely targeted areas of the body, knows as “trigger points,” the doctor activates the body’s natural healing process which stimulates the growth of new collagen and cartilage.

An avid sports enthusiast, Dr. Darrow discovered Prolotherapy after an injury on the golf course caused him to suffer the kind of chronic pain that afflicts millions of Americans.

A skeptic, Dr. Darrow became a believer in the therapeutic healing power of Prolotherapy after only one treatment to his wrist. Since then he has devoted his practice to Prolotherapy, an exponentially growing, natural therapy that is revolutionizing the way we heal pain. Dr. Darrow has treated thousands of patients. Many of these patients were scheduled for surgery and never needed it. And, several patients came to Dr. Darrow after a failed surgery and healed using Prolotherapy.

Dr. Darrow is the author of Prolotherapy: Living Pain Free. In addition, he has his own radio show called “Living Pain Free” on KRLA-AM-870, Sat. 1:00–2:00 p.m. & Sun. 2:00–3:00 p.m. (Rerun) in Southern California. (Nationwide on internet www.jointrehab.com)

Good afternoon, everyone. Yeah. The person who got me into med school in Hawaii said he was gonna save my soul when I was a lawyer, and he did. That was those are his words, Dr. James Lindman. And he gave me a break. It was really an amazing thing. So we're going to talk today about how do you get rid of your pain? And this is musculoskeletal pain that I'm dealing with. It's not about pain from cancer. Unfortunately, I don't know how to do that. And I have a radio show every Saturday and Sunday on Charolais and we get calls from people saying, can you heal my cancer, my multiple sclerosis, all of kinds of diseases that we know about. And unfortunately, I don't know anything about that. Or maybe it's fortunate because the FDA would take away my license if I started talking about that. And there if anyone's read the newspapers lately, there has been a purge going on with the FDA, with stem cell clinics around the country who are using fat stem cells that stem cells from fat. And I don't do that. By the way, mine come from bone marrow. And so FDA, if you're out there, I'm clean. So this is what we want to do. This is the basis of my practice. It started with my own healing while I was at UCLA in my residency. And my healing was initially at my right wrist. And there was a doc name, Andrew Kocan, who maybe some of you have gone to see for prolotherapy who's out in the valley. And he got up and he said, I heal 80, 90 percent of my patients with prolotherapy. And the rest of the residents in the room grumbled things like Bullshot. And I perked up because I was always looking to how do we heal people? No one else was interested in that. They were interested in sending people to surgery and giving them drugs. I never was. So I went to his office and I talked to his patients and they said, this guy's God. So he took me to a medical convention and I had my wrist injected, which had quite a long time of pain. And the next day it was healed. I then injected my own shoulder, healed. The next morning, I had a shoulder surgery. Well, as in medical school, that made it even worse. So bottom line is, were proliferating tissue growth. The new term is regenerative or biological medicine. And what we do is very simple. If you look at the slide. If you look at the medial portion of that knee, you see
