Thank you.

First, I want to thank Miss Lorraine Rosenthal for inviting me and having me speak. Mr. Fritz and I would like to take a moment to mention the passing of a colleague and friend that some of you know, some of you don't. But Ted was touched directly or indirectly of Mr. Bill Moore, who was a doctor and legal advocate for alternative therapies. He'll be missed. I'm going to talk today on a paper that I published in Alternative Medicine in June edition of 2001 on the alternative therapies for multiple myeloma.

And in addition, the staph aureus resistant to vancomycin.

This is a 56 year old patient that I had that his wife and daughter brought into the office because he wasn't feeling well.

General malaise, aches, pains, tired, fatigue all the time. And the daughter was getting married in a week and they wanted to make sure he'd be OK to go to the wedding.

Go home, get your papers in order and giving him maybe they said 10 days to live.

I happen to be working the emergency room that night, and the mother, the wife, and the daughter came running in saying, you've got to do something. You got to do something. They sent him home to die. And there's nothing more can be. No, you know, alternative medicine. We're willing to try anything, do anything.

You have to help him at this point. The patient was bedridden, wasn't eating.

He was taking liquids, maybe some sips of boost or inshore. And at this point, just as his family said, he wanted to be left alone to die and his family wouldn't let him. I
