Thank you for having me, Frank. Thank you.

Pleasure to be here, I know we're gonna have a good time, because as I was in the elevator coming down this morning and somebody said, you speaking today? Yeah.

What's your topic? Nutrition.

Oh, I'm a big fan of nutrition. So I forgot my B twelve vitamins. Can I take two B sixes instead? We're gonna have fun today. I know that cute little story is told about Herman, who is lying in a cancer hospital, and he's laying there with his wife at his side and she's looking into endearingly and he says, Ethel, you've been with me through this whole cancer thing. And I appreciate it. And when I was in my 60s and I had a heart attack there, you were by my side. And when I was in my 50s and we had the house burned down there, you were by my side when I was in my 40s and I had that motorcycle accident there you were by my side. Ethel, I think your bad luck for me. We're going to have some good luck today and before I'm through, one of the things I have attempted to do in the past is try to tell everything about everything. And you and I end up frustrated. I'm not going to do that today. I'm going to try and focus on a couple of very key topics. And before we're through, I hope you have some sound bites that will improve your chances of not getting cancer or if you have cancer getting through it. But first, a show of hands. How many people in here? Our health care professionals, a licensed professional, it's something almost half interesting. How many people are actively battling cancer right now? About a third. OK, great. The rest of you are staggered in here because you thought this was a traffic control school and you're wondering how can I get out of this? The theme we have today, Whole Foods contain a myriad of synergistic components to feed the body's host defense mechanisms. And here's the sound bite. Our body wants to be well. And it has hosted defense mechanisms in it that can beat cancer, but not if you're living off of Pepsi, pizza, hotdogs and popcorn and then you're full of stress, not enough sleep. You got an A.. A teen agers who giving you problems at home. Your body's deficient and all these nutrients. And then you go to the doctor with a tumor and they're going to give you toxins to try and poison it out of your body. And then we wonder why we have roughly
